CLEVELAND, Ohio — STEM Playbook announced today that it will once again lead two signature STEM events at Rocket Arena: STEM Day with the Cleveland Charge on March 3, 2027, and Score With STEM with the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 20, 2027.

Presented in partnership with the NEOSTEM Ecosystem, the events will bring together students, educators, employers, community organizations and sports fans to explore the many connections between STEM careers and competitive sports.

STEM Playbook is inviting Northeast Ohio employers and STEM partners to participate in both events by showcasing local careers and helping students discover the science, technology, engineering and math behind the game—from data analytics and biomechanics to broadcast engineering and facility operations.

“Sports and STEM run on the same fuel: curiosity, teamwork and the drive to get a little better every day,” said Alyssa Briggs, President of STEM Playbook. “When a student watches the Cavaliers or the Charge and realizes the engineers, analysts and technologists behind the scenes started exactly where they are now, that’s the moment a career path clicks into place. We’re thrilled to create that moment for even more students this year.”

Employers, universities, and community organizations interested in participating can sign up here.

Schools interested in bringing students to STEM Day with the Cleveland Charge can sign up here.

Students and families interested in attending Score With STEM can sign up here.
