We're Back! STEM Playbook Returns to Mahoning Valley for the School Year
We have some exciting news: through our partnership with the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley, STEM Playbook is returning to the Mahoning Valley next week, and we are thrilled!
This past summer, we had the incredible opportunity to work with students and educators in the Mahoning Valley, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm we encountered left a lasting impression on our entire team. The connections we made and the spark we saw in students' eyes when they engaged with hands-on STEM activities reminded us exactly why we do this work.
We're not just visiting this time; we're committed for the rest of the school year. Starting next week, we'll be leading after-school activations at three amazing schools:
Boardman Center Middle School
Sebring McKinley Jr./Sr. High School
Youngstown Community School
Our after-school programs will provide students with engaging, hands-on STEM experiences that go beyond the traditional classroom. Through interactive activities, real-world problem-solving, and collaborative projects, we'll be working to inspire the next generation of innovators, engineers, and critical thinkers.
These programs aren't just about learning; they are about discovering potential, building confidence, and showing students that STEM fields are accessible, exciting, and full of possibilities.
